VI Lustrum Committee
In 2019-2020 the MAA celebrates its 30th birthday by having a lustrum! The year will be in light of the lustrum. Multiple events will be organized for our lustrum year. Think of many party’s, a gala and more events of which you will be in charge. Together with the rest of your committee you will organize these events.
The committee consists of:
- the Chairman: the person who is supervising that the organization of the event goes well and ensures all deadlines are met. Moreover, the Chairman is leading the meetings with the committee and the right hand of the board coordinators.
- Secretary/Treasurer: with organizing a lustrum a lot of money comes by. The Secretary/Treasurer is responsible for the right spending and maintaining the budget. Therefore, this person also does the administrative work, such as being head of the lustrum mail and answering all questions regarding all events.
- Marketeer: the Marketeer is responsible for all promotional purposes of the lustrum and that students are aware of the events that will be held. The Marketeer does this by using multiple platforms, such as lecture talks, posters, flyers, banners, and social media content.
- Event Planner: As an Event Planner you will guide the events on the day itself and before. This position involves a lot of organizing and planning, which makes it a great challenge.
