In this role, you have the opportunity to

Work with the talented international team in Kitchen Appliance. Also, you will interact with global business counterparts. This position offers a great opportunity in developing your understanding of international business in the scope of marketing and sales, communication skills, as well as stakeholder management.

You are responsible for

  • Data analysis of portfolio performance in the scope of geography, product category, and channel
  • Simulating the impact of portfolio optimization scenarios
  • Day to day Kitchen Appliances (KA) Business Development Management (BDM) team support

You are a part of

The dynamic BDM team of multiple cultural backgrounds. Also, you will be a part of the big marketing community of the Kitchen Appliance team in the global headquarter.

You will report to the Director, Business Development – Kitchen Appliance.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • WO, BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics. Data analytics courses are preferred
  • Strong data analytical skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ambitious and strong mentality
  • Excellent excel and good PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent English speaking and writing

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Analyze current practices, define best-practices for the Program Management Office (PMO) and implement improvements in the Post-Merger-Integration (PMI) team.

You are responsible for

  • Identifying best practices for the Program Management Office (PMO) way of working and supportive tooling, based on inputs from literature, internal interviews and identified good practices
  • Identifying best practices of Post-Merger-Integration (PMI) ways of working towards efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Implementing effectively the changes in ways of working within the Post-Merger-Integration (PMI) team and functional expert areas

You are a part of

Post-Merger-Integration (PMI) team consists of program managers and functional experts who lead the post-merger integration activities for acquisitions or Joint Ventures to ensure a smooth transition into Royal Philips, ensuring value creation and business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Currently studying towards your University Master in Sciences WO (Msc.) or Bachelor Degree
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • You thrive in an environment of differing business & country cultures
  • Project Management Knowledge; experience / certification a plus
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Be registered as a student during the entire internship period.
  • For students outside EU/EER, internship should be compulsory by your education.

Wat ga je doen?

De Stagiair Campaign Management is verantwoordelijk voor het op een kwalitatieve en professionele wijze verzorgen van campagnemanagement en trafficking van digitale campagnes. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met mediaplanners van de mediabureaus, exploitanten, creatieve bureaus en admanagement partijen. Het team verzorgt online trafficking voor klanten van alle mediabureaus van GroupM (Mindshare, MediaCom en Wavemaker), waaronder Unilever, IKEA, Vodafone, Volvo,Netflix, Chanel en Subway.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opmaken van creatieve specificaties t.b.v. een correcte briefing naar het creatief bureau;
  • Controleren, inboeken en trafficken van de creatieve materialen in admanagementsystemen Sizmek, Google Campaign Manager en Adform;
  • Verzorgen van trackers, pixels en third-party measurement om digitale campagnes mee te meten;
  • Overall communicatie met betrokkenen (adverteerder/mediabureau) over de status van de campagne.

 Wat zoeken we?

  • WO denk- en werkniveau;
  • Werkervaring binnen digital marketing of digitale media is een pre;
  • Goede MS Office vaardigheden, met name Excel en Word;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Goede sociale vaardigheden;
  • In staat om zelfstandig het werk te organiseren en prioriteiten te stellen;
  • Groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

Job Description

Start date: We prefer students able to start as soon as possible, but no later than Q3 2020

Duration: 6 months

We are looking for 2 students that will join our team:

  • One role related to Marketing of Change Management services
  • One role related to Internal Change Management practices

In both positions, we are not able to support a thesis assignment. It is for this reason that we require a 40 hours per week availability to work on the projects.

In this role, you have the opportunity

To play a key role in supporting the value proposition process for change management. You will interact with multiple different stakeholders such as the members of the change management practice, marketing colleagues, and Philips people who are closely working with our customers (e.g. account managers, Philips consultants, solution owners, etc).

You are responsible for:

Role: Marketing of Change Management services:

  • Ensuring the new value proposition process is being followed;
  • Applying your marketing knowledge to the process;
  • Orchestrating the continuous improvement cycle for the required materials.

Role: Internal Change Management practices:

  • Supporting strategic initiatives to further develop Philips in their change management capabilities
  • Running the continuous improvement cycle for change management materials
  • Orchestrating the targeted workshop training plan for 2020
  • Preparing for and supporting Change Management community and practice call/meetings

You are a part of

Business Transformation where all large worldwide programs are being designed, set-up and managed. Within BT, you are part of the Change Management Practice which currently exists of four people connected with a large change management community globally.

You will be working at our head office in Amsterdam.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

For the Marketing of Change Management services role:

  • Studying towards your University Bachelor or Master in Sciences degree in the field of Marketing

For the Internal Change Management practices role:

  • Studying towards your University Bachelor or Master in Sciences degree in the field of Business Administration, (International) Business Management, Psychology or Sociology

Remaining profile skills:

  • Good knowledge of English language both verbally and written
  • Analytical thinker, ability to swap between the bigger picture and the details
  • Self-starter, not afraid to look for information and reach out to new people
  • Ideally good power point and excel skills
  • Ideally some knowledge / experience with change management
