GroupM University is op zoek naar een Stagiair Trainingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verzorgen van het uitzetten van training content, -planning en -uitvoer voor de nieuwe trainingssessies, contacten onderhouden met trainers en de content leveranciers.

Wat ga je doen?

Tijdens je stage ben je een echte spin in het web die secuur werkt en het overzicht kan bewaken bij verschillende werkzaamheden en deadlines.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opzetten van nieuwe trainingssessies en contacten onderhouden met de trainers en content leveranciers;
  • Training content uitzetten, reviewen en testen;
  • Beheer van reserveringen van zalen, apparatuur en bezoekersregistratie;
  • Evaluaties opzetten, uitsturen en verwerken
  • Administratieve ondersteuning; zoals het aanmaken van user accounts en het bijhouden van de mail, aanmeldingen van trainingen verwerken, technische ondersteuning en het behandelen van user vragen. Daarnaast houd jij je bezig met het opzetten, uitsturen en verwerken van verschillende evaluaties;
  • Rapporten verwerken en eventueel uitwerken.

Start date: We are looking for student able to start as soon as possible.

Duration: We require a minimum availability of 6 months, but prefer students to attend 9 to 12 months.

It is not possible to combine this assignment with your thesis. We do require a 40 hours per week presence.

For this assignment we are looking for a driven, hands-on and enthusiastic individual to support the Global Events Team within the Philips Brand, Communications and Digital (BCD) department. We need someone who is passionate about events and has a flexible, marketing and customer oriented attitude, and will be able to travel occasionally to support our large and big events.

You are responsible for

  • Assist with maintaining Philips Live!, which enables internal users to organize Philips own branded events and customer experiences easily. You will act as the events desk interface, launching and supporting the new tools and infrastructure that will help the markets and businesses structure and promote their event, acquire and register customers, track attendance and measure ROI.
  • Develop, maintain and deploy internal tools such as events internal website page, events asset library.
  • Work closely with event managers in order to collect, store and organize all up to date digital assets from past events.
  • Source and manage promotional items for key marketing initiatives. Build, maintain and train staff on the internal marketing tools such as the new marketing store, and on line digital asset inventory.
  • Monitor functional email accounts and distribute emails to the appropriate team members.
  • Set up lead capture surveys, maintain ARIS process documents and create and track purchase orders

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Currently studying towards you Bachelor or Master in:  Business Administration (Marketing track), Business Management or Events Organization.

Be part of a large-scale transformation for the e-commerce/Direct Online team, in a fast-paced and challenging organization within Philips. You will focus on the Direct to Business (D2B) side, which will give you the opportunity to gain first-hand insights on the B2B business of a large multinational company. You will engage in analytics-focused communications towards senior stakeholders and help transform data into comprehensive visuals.

You are responsible for

  • Gathering data to enable visualization for the B2B performance dashboard
  • Driving user engagement for the dashboard by managing communications through multiple channels and towards different teams
  • Helping to prepare dashboard releases by liaising with e-commerce shop managers, functions and business group leaders
  • Maintaining communication channels and platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, communications decks, Newsletter)

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Work within a fast-developing and dynamic PR team at Philips. You will be assisting on PR plans and strategies, including product PR and creation of PR assets, product launches, branded content collaborations, analysis and measurement for the Personal Health portfolio in the Benelux. Next to this you have the opportunity to assist with the content plan for the Philips BNL Instagram account.

You are responsible for

  • Creating PR assets such as press releases, digital mailers and press kits
  • Executing the PR plan and strategy in the Benelux for the Personal Health portfolio
  • Pro-actively assisting on project management of media partnerships and branded content collaborations
  • Monitoring publications in relevant media outlets
  • Measuring and reporting of PR activities, collaborations and free publicity
  • Assisting on the content plan and calendar for the BNL Instagram account, including content creation, measurement and planning

You are a part of

The PR and branded content team within Personal Health Benelux at Philips. The team is based in Eindhoven but there is also the opportunity to work in the Amsterdam office. The primary focus of the PR team is to drive an always-on content strategy, to support the PH businesses, customer driven, while playing a key role in an integrated marketing team. You will be contributing to the team leading all media contacts and PR activities within the Benelux and working on key PR projects. In addition, you will also work closely with the marketing managers, social team, digital team and our PR agency.

  • Supporting projects in Product Development including analysis on consumer and market data, and coordinating selected areas of the project
  • Conducting Competitor Analysis to support key innovation projects for electric shaving products and Promotion effectiveness tracking

Informatie over het Heritage Center D.E

Het Heritage Center D.E is een zelfstandige afdeling binnen Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE) en heeft als doel het presenteren en vertellen van het verhaal van (de historie van) Douwe Egberts in verschillende contexten, variërend van nieuwe collega’s (onboarding) en general managers tot de Experience Week en (grote) klanten, niet beperkt tot Nederland en het Nederlands.

Doel is met kennis en passie te inspireren, de merken van Douwe Egberts tot leven te brengen, te “verkopen”. Op deze manier wordt de kracht van (de merken van) Douwe Egberts uit het verleden en heden voor het voetlicht en tot leven gebracht, en raken toehoorders voor de toekomst geïnspireerd.

Hiertoe wordt op innovatieve wijze gebruik gemaakt van de historische collectie, die de kern van de afdeling vormt. Denk aan ansichtkaarten, canvasdoeken, websites, sociale media, films, tijdslijnen, tentoonstellingen en presentaties. Ook wordt actief bijgedragen aan in het oog springende producties van Douwe Egberts, zoals Pickwick commercials en roodmerk verpakkingen.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Het onderhouden van contacten met klanten, zowel intern als extern;
  • Het (ondersteunen bij) geven van rondleidingen in het Heritage Center;
  • Het ondersteunen van het beheer van de collectie, zoals het invoeren van (meta) gegevens in het collectiebeheersysteem (Atlantis van Deventit) en het materieel verzorgen van historische objecten en documenten;
  • Het selecteren van materiaal dat geschikt is voor opname in de historische collectie;
  • Hiernaast is er (beperkte) ruimte voor het uitvoeren van een afstudeeropdracht op het gebied van geschiedenis of communicatie.

Jouw profiel

  • Kennis van het materieel verzorgen en het invoeren van (meta)gegevens van historische documenten en objecten is een pré;
  • Kennis inzake het waarderen van materialen en documenten ter opname in een historische (bedrijfs)collectie is een pré;
  • Bereidheid om te leren en actief om feedback kunnen vragen;
