GORTcoaching is een van de marktleiders op het gebied van coaching in Nederland. Vind je het leuk om

  • Een stage op ons hoofdkantoor in Amsterdam
  • Zelfstandig werken op diverse projecten met eindverantwoordelijkheid op niveau en veel
    ruimte voor eigen initiatief
  • Mogelijkheid tot onderzoek doen binnen de organisatie
  • Persoonlijke begeleiding gedurende de gehele stage
  • De mogelijkheid om binnen de stage door te groeien

Jij gaat:

  • Content management website (zorgen dat onze website altijd up-to-date is, onderzoeken hoe
    we de usabillity kunnen verbeteren etc.)
  • Het onderhouden van onze social media kanalen
  • Online en offline marketing – taken uitvoeren. Je ondersteunt onze marketing manager op
    operationeel niveau.
  • Inhoudelijke marketing acties uitvoeren (publiceren van persberichten, artikelen voor vakbladen
    schrijven etc.).
  • Helpen met organiseren van bijv. intervisie, coachlunches etc.
  • Intervisie volgen van het stage team als bijdrage aan je persoonlijke ontwikkeling
  • Werken aan je eigen persoonlijke ontwikkeling, je talenten ontdekken en vervolgens inzetten.
  • Dit zijn een paar voorbeelden, naast deze taken zijn er nog andere mogelijkheden.

Wij bieden:

  • Vergoedingen:
    • Een stagevergoeding van €240 en een maximale reiskostenvergoeding van €150 per maand o.b.v. een stage van 3 dagen per week.
    • Een stagevergoeding van €320 en een maximale reiskostenvergoeding van €200 per maand o.b.v. een stage van 4 dagen per week.
    • Een stagevergoeding van €400 en een maximale reiskostenvergoeding van €250 per maand o.b.v. een stage van 5 dagen per week
  • Iedere dag een gezellige lunch samen op kantoor, dit wordt volledig vergoed (t.w.v. €42
    per maand)
  • Een fijne werksfeer in een jong en ambitieus team!
  • En in de corona tijden vooral vanuit huis werken en via zoom gezellig in verbinding
    blijven met het team

Wij vragen:

  • Minimaal HBO werk en denkniveau
  • Een student Marketing / Marketing-Communicatie (aanverwante studies zijn welkom)
  • Een ambitieus en proactief type met oog voor detail die binnen de stage veel wil leren en
    doorgroeien
  • Kennis van HTML en WordPress zijn een pre
  • Kennis van Photoshop is een pre
  • Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in geschrift
  • Beschikbaarheid voor minimaal 3 dagen per week

In this role, you have the opportunity to

work with colleagues from across the globe on executing our commercial strategy within the heart of Philips’ commercial organization.

You are responsible for

  • First point of contact for all distribution strategy related requests
  • Maintenance of database containing all signed distribution contracts
  • Making test purchases at retailers across Europe to check compliance
  • Arranging “mystery shopper” visits to retailers via our 3rd party agency
  • Managing the execution of online website compliance checks via our 3rd party agency
  • Reporting out to all European stakeholders on your findings
  • Following up with the Commercial Policy officers in the markets on identified distribution contract breaches

You are a part of

The Philips Commercial Policy team, which is responsible for driving Philips’ Commercial strategy across the world; a diverse team consisting of many nationalities, working from our Global Headquarters in Amsterdam (next to Amsterdam Amstel station).

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Studying towards a Master Degree in Data Science, Information Management, Econometrics, Finance or related study with a business sense and interest;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Effective stakeholder management/ communication;
  • MS Office skills (Excel), Data analytics experience, SQL nice to have;
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce;
  • Able to manage multiple projects at a time;
  • Previous internship experience within a multinational environment is an added value;

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Assist in advising Philips’ businesses on their acquisitions and divestiture programs, hereby advancing Philips transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology.

The position provides a unique opportunity to experience M&A from a corporate value perspective in a very experienced M&A team, with a global scope. You will have to cope with high pressure, working with big teams and operating independently. Responsibilities rapidly increase for those who perform well.

You are responsible for

  • Assisting the M&A advisory and deal execution process from start to finish, including valuation and financial analyses (DCF and multiples), assisting/ managing due diligence processes, project management, drafting of marketing materials
  • Preparing presentations for the Board of Management, alongside with people from the Markets and Business Groups
  • Performing company research and industry benchmarking using various databases (e.g. Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Pitchbook)

You are a part of

The global deal team of Philips M&A is comprised of ~20 specialists and is responsible for advisory on the entire execution process of different types of deals (buy-side and sell-side, joint ventures, large, midsize and smaller deals). You will be part of the deal team in Amsterdam (~8 people) where you will be working hand-in-hand with the integration and disentanglement teams and with colleagues based in Cambridge (Boston, USA) and Shanghai (China).

In recent years, Philips M&A has successfully completed +30 international M&A transactions including, in 2016, the IPO of Philips Lighting (EUR 4.5 billion) and the sale of Lumileds (EUR 2.0 billion). Philips is looking to use these cash proceeds to acquire companies in the Health Technology space. Since 2017, Philips announced 30+ transactions, ranging in size, from start-ups to mature companies and from a few million to a few hundred million (e.g. the acquisition of EPD Solutions) to more than a billion (e.g. acquisition of Spectranetics Corporation).

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • An excellent academic track record (preferably in Economics, Finance, or Econometrics)
  • A genuine interest in corporate finance, valuation and financial markets
  • Current enrollment in a MSc program
  • Highly analytical mindset and a strong professional drive
  • Strong and open-minded team player who can work with various nationalities and cultures
  • Modelling experience in Excel and neat PowerPoint skills
  • Fluency in written/spoken English (Dutch is not required)
  • Relevant financial internship experience is preferred

In your daily work you will participate in a virtual team that drives the E2E improvement of deals with a huge 3rd party content. This position is preferably full-time and will be based in Eindhoven

  • MSc degree in e.g. mathematics, physics, econometrics

  • Basic financial understanding
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving execution skills

Team

 In deze rol werk je in een klein team samen met de Financial Assistant, Assistent Controller, Financial Controller en CFO en rapporteer je aan de Controller.

Taken & verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je draagt mede de verantwoordelijkheid voor het voorbereiden, verwerken, controleren en registreren van de binnenkomende facturen en expense reports;
  • Je helpt bij het beantwoorden en verwerken van interne en externe vragen op het gebied van crediteuren;
  • Onder begeleiding van de FC/AC/FA de maandelijkse WIP lijsten verspreiden onder de consultants en assisteren met de verwerking (klantfacturatie). Hierdoor heb je interne contacten met oa. de accountmanagers;
  • Op een klantvriendelijke manier weet je eventuele vragen telefonisch/per email te beantwoorden;
  • Assisteren bij het verwerken van bankmutaties, verzorgen van betalingsverwerking;
  • Algehele assistentie voor de leden van het finance team.

Wij vragen?

Vereiste kwalificaties / ervaring

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau boekhoudkundige werk;
  • Je bent per oktober 2020 beschikbaar voor 4 dagen per week, voor een periode van min. 6 maanden;
  • Goede beheersing van de Engelse en Nederlandse taal;
  • Windows Excel Advanced Knowledge en Word;
  • Kennis van Maconomy is een pre.
