Grooming & Beauty R&D Digital Functions

  • Generating new concepts in the digital solution space in multidisciplinary teams featuring competences in e.g. Artificial intelligence, Augmented Reality, Machine learning etc.
  • Using data driven metrics and qualitative/quantitative information to develop new insights and content
  • Identifying the consumer needs for the various digital propositions pre- and post-launch and translate them into new (digital) functions and requirements to expand our grooming product portfolio towards connected and personalized solutions.​

MR Business Development team

Make a significant impact by improving the Global Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Business performance. The MR BDM team has been recognized for its focus and innovation within the Performance Management space. With a wealth of experience, matured leading and lagging commercial indicators (like funnel health, orders on hand, order intake and sales), we will further develop and drive our business to continue to innovate. You will have a great possibility to go through a rich and exciting learning experience in an international setting and alongside experienced professionals with ample room to bring in your own ideas and initiative.

  • Co-Creating Performance management systems (incl. persistent tools and processes) for fast & impactful decision making
  • Engaging with Markets & Leadership to facilitate high quality views and direction
  • Support the preparation of recurring performance management reviews (analysis and reporting)

  • Lead product development with an agile squad in the area of digital marketing or eCommerce
  • Develop business impact cases per requirement by understanding the key customer needs
  • Potential add-on project: Drive an end-2-end project (in a digital startup fashion)

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce (direct-2-consumer)

Lead a project in the Digital Marketing & E-Commerce – Direct to Consumer (D2C) area. In the D2C area we take care of the digital consumer experience all the way from consumer acquisition ad digital activation to consumer care. Our D2C platforms (including applications and Philips.com) offer the most engaging & premium brand experience.

Mother and Child Care – Breastfeeding

  • Lead category deep dive for accessories category (per market including competition) and its role in the Breastfeeding portfolio
  • Drive recommendation actions on the current Philips Avent accessories portfolio optimization
  • Define opportunity areas for new accessories propositions in order to build complete ecosystem of solutions
  • Develop and run monthly analytics dashboard and reporting on accessories category

Mother and Child Care – Global Feeding

  • Launch of new natural baby bottles range in rest of the world markets
  • Portfolio management including performance tracking, optimization and lifecycle management
  • Support on specific projects (e.g. personalized baby bottles bundle, new product development)

Business IGT – Systems
The assignment would be mainly to work with market analytics and insights to develop management reports, analyze and structure the information and data to drive decisions. Our team is focused on business development, so main idea is to support business development with different cases, presentations, reports, etc.

Magnetic Resonance Services & Solutions Delivery Marketing  

  • Lead the planning and end-2-end deployment of a key marketing project that will help realize our MR Services & Solutions Delivery strategic imperatives
  • Create and activate the communication plan and enable engagement of in- and external stakeholders via the Philips and external relevant social media

MRI product Marketing

  • Lead downstream marketing planning and activities per assigned product/ solution
  • Lead internal communication activities
  • Build up internal champions structure and ongoing engagement plan to promote in both internal (Yammer) and external social media channel (Linkedin, etc).
  • Maintain monthly analytics dashboard.

Marketing Transformation

  • Support employee communications and engagement activities of a major company change program.

Marketing Insights & Analytics
In this role you will be responsible for driving deep understanding of our consumers shoppers and customers. You will use various data sources to extract critical insights that further unlock our business growth in key Markets and Clusters. You will learn how to assimilate large sources of information and pulling out key actions in engaging way through the variety of stakeholders.

Integrated Communications and Events Team
The Integrated Communications and Events team drives world class employee engagement, customer experience & thought leadership to support Philips in becoming and being perceived as a high-performing, responsible health technology leader. Philips is beginning to embrace CommTech, a new discipline for the Communications profession which uses new digital tools, techniques and data to enable personalized engagement with stakeholders. CommTech enables enterprises to understand and engage with the full spectrum of their stakeholders as unique individuals rather than as segments, customize engagement with them based on that knowledge, and motivate their journey to an action or decision through the iterative optimization of content. Within this assignment you support the Public Affairs and Sustainability Communications team, part of the Integrated Communications and Events, in developing and bringing the CommTech strategy to life. This includes designing and implementing advocacy campaigns for Public Affairs audiences (key EU stakeholders, policy makers, representatives from international organizations or NGOs). The character of this job is a mix of strategic and tactical responsibilities, where the Graduate supports with both project activities as well as content creation.

Over SchaalX
SchaalX is al 17 jaar specialist in werving & selectie, interimbemiddeling én ontwikkeling van marketing & communicatie professionals. Voor senior, medior én junior posities. We bieden een aantal traineeships aan voor Digital Young Professionals. Wat ga je doen?

Je komt 1,5 jaar in dienst bij SchaalX en in die periode staat alles in het teken van jouw ontwikkeling tot T-shaped digital marketeer. Eerst volg je de introductietraining van ruim twee weken, zodat je daarna klaar bent om aan de slag te gaan met digital marketingvraagstukken bij verschillende opdrachtgevers. Iedere twee weken kom je samen met jouw tribe een dag terug bij SchaalX voor een masterclass, bootcamp of intervisie. Een greep uit de opdrachten waarmee jij aan de slag kunt gaan:

  • CRO: je optimaliseert de conversiefunnel en zorgt daarmee voor een verhoging van het aantal aanmeldingen via het formulier op de website, waarvoor je tools gebruikt als Optimizely of Tagmanagement
  • Online campagnes: de campagnes ga jij van a tot z opzetten en vervolgens zorg je dat alle resultaten samenkomen in het door jou ontwikkelde dashboard
  • Social advertising & SEA: jij zorgt dat de campagnes via social media goed converteren én je zorgt voor meer traffic naar de website via Google Ads
  • Data analytics: jij analyseert data uit Google Analytics en presenteert dit op een begrijpelijke manier in dashboards, die als basis dienen voor alle marketingactiviteiten
  • Marketing automation: jij draagt bij aan het automatiseren van e-mailmarketing door marketingflows in te stellen en deze continu te optimaliseren

Onderwerpen die in de masterclasses aan bod komen zijn o.a. mobile marketing, SEO, SEA, analytics, conversie optimalisatie, voice search, webanalyse en influencer marketing.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Een fulltime baan: 36 uur per week werk je bij jouw opdrachtgever, 4 uur per week besteed je bij SchaalX aan masterclasses, bootcamps en intervisies (in praktijk ben je iedere twee weken een dag bij SchaalX)

Our first trainee started in 2013. Since that time, our program has been further developed to where it is now: a strong training program in which a lot of learning, intensive personal guidance and fun are central. In 12 months you will be prepared to become an all-round Online Business Consultant, so not 1 specialization but a wide range of knowledge of the different expertises within digital media.
