Play an active role in an exciting journey and be part of the team that is setting up a completely new platform for the Philips online shops. You will also learn more about the wonderful world of ecommerce!

You are responsible for

  • Supporting the Product manager and Product Owners in re-platforming project by creating work instructions and training documentation;
  • Driving mini projects such as analytics, tagging, insights, activating products on the website, loading content on the website, user acceptance testing
  • Rolling out and enhancements of roughly 40 online shops in B2C and B2B space, also supporting markets with any requests

You are a part of

A global enablement team responsible for B2C, B2B and eTrade at Philips within the site experience team. The team manages several public online shops and are in the process of expanding to more countries. You will work closely with the markets, business groups, legal, IT, finance, logistics.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Currently studying towards your University Master in Sciences WO (Msc.) or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fields.
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You are a quick learner with hands-on attitude. Able to work independently after a short time-frame
  • You know how to prioritize and know when to push back when needed
  • Good knowledge in English
  • Be registered as a student during the entire internship period.
  • For students outside EU/EER, internship should be compulsory by your education.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be involved in the whole chain of a product lifetime – from product creation to activation on the market, and of course actively contribute your creative ideas to our team.

You are responsible for

  • Supporting in Product Development projects, including analysis on consumer and market data
  • Creating of materials (packaging, distribution) to optimize go to market
  • Market Introduction Planning, preparing trade presentations, preparing activation materials, ensuring all information is available timely to countries to prepare their launches
  • Online Content Management: analyzing how and where to improve, creation of online content, ensuring availability to users, best practice gathering of online activation in Sales Organizations
  • Competitor analysis to support key innovation projects
  • Initiating new ideas/ projects based on creative ideas suitable for our consumer needs

You are a part of

The Philips Roast & Ground team, a dedicated group of Consumer Marketing Managers, within the Business Group Coffee, You will be working in a network of various stakeholders based in both the Netherlands (e.g., consumer marketing team, central communication team, market intelligence specialists) and overseas (e.g., marketing specialists, key account managers).

  • Creating new Integrated Communication toolkits and toolkit updates
  • Supporting in bringing the new product derivatives to markets, rolling-out current range to new markets and assist in marketing activities
  • Supporting in asset production and localization
  • Supporting Marketing Campaigns and work on business analysis
  • Assisting in organization of events and assets
  • Aligning with the Content Manager to ensure that all content is included in the asset library after creation

You are a part of

The Domestic Appliances Central Marketing team (Coffee category) and will be based out of Amsterdam. This team consists of dedicated Asset Producer, Web Managers, Brand Creation Lead, Digital Marketeers, Digital Analytics and Market Intelligence professionals all having a passion for Coffee.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Currently studying towards your University Master in Sciences WO (Msc.) or Bachelor Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communication
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office – especially creating PowerPoint presentations and performing basic analysis in Excel
  • An original thinker who combines a healthy dose of creativity with analytical capabilities
  • Good project management and communication skills
  • A team player and self-starter
  • Attention to details
  • Fluency in (business) English
  • Be registered as a student during the entire internship period.

Wat doet een Media Executive?

  • Als Media Executive ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop van AVM (alle vormen van video), display en social media;
  • Je leert alle media basics tot in de puntjes beheersen;
  • Maakt media analyses en verkrijgt hiermee inzicht tot de markt en je doelgroep;
  • Houdt de campagnes op een dagelijkse basis nauwkeurig bij en optimaliseert deze waar nodig;
  • Hebt contact met de klant met betrekking tot je eigen geplande campagnes;
