Location: Eindhoven or Amsterdam- Depending on the possibility to work at the office due to the COVID-19 pandemic, for the time being you will mainly work from home and be supervised remotely.

In this role, you have the opportunity to
Be part of the Direct to Consumer team within the Service Business Tribe. In this role you will have the opportunity to drive a high impact in consumer satisfaction and support our company sustainability ambitions as you will drive the ability to self-repair to consumers.
You are responsible for
Upload marketing content in Content / Catalog Management tool
Upload pricing information in e-commerce tools and ERP systems
Manage overall performance of the execution of the creation process to pre-determined milestones to ensure an on-time launch of products/fast availability of changed products online
Create a standard for the product/part content per business
Improve Service NPS for parts
You are a part of
You will be part of the Direct to Consumer team within the Service Business Tribe, a very dynamic, targets driven and enthusiastic team with a lot of expertise in the field.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Knowledge of marketing/search engine optimization
Performance improvement/problem solving skills
Strong analytical, data excellence/accuracy skills
Strong interest in e-comerce or online marketing
Driven by results
Excellent English skills, preferable other languages
